This website (getcreatorflow.co) is operated by SOVEREIGN WEALTH CONSULTING (PTY) LTD, trading as CreatorFlow("CreatorFlow", "we", "us", "our"). CreatorFlow designs and builds custom websites, AI receptionists, and workflow automation for small and local businesses.

This policy explains what personal information we collect from visitors to this website and prospective clients, why we collect it, and the rights you have under the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 ("POPIA").

We collect personal information directly from you in the following ways:

• Contact form. When you submit the form on our Contact page, we collect your name, email address, project type, and the message you send us.
• Booking a call. If you book a discovery call through our Cal.com scheduling widget, Cal.com collects your name, email address, and any details you provide for that booking, in accordance with Cal.com's own privacy policy.
• Direct email. If you email us directly, we collect whatever information is contained in that email and any attachments.
• Client engagements. If you become a client, we collect additional information necessary to deliver the agreed services — for example, billing details, business content, and access credentials for systems we are building or integrating. This is governed by the engagement agreement between us.

We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies on this website, and this site does not run any third-party tracking scripts. If that changes, we will update this policy accordingly.

We process your personal information to:

• Respond to enquiries submitted through the contact form or by email;
• Schedule and conduct discovery calls;
• Prepare quotes and proposals for prospective clients;
• Deliver, invoice, and support services for engaged clients; and
• Meet legal or regulatory obligations, where applicable.

We process this information on the basis of your consent (submitting a form or booking a call), to take steps toward entering into a contract with you, or to perform an existing contract with you as a client.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers ("operators", under POPIA) that help us run this website and deliver our services, including:

• Resend — processes and delivers contact-form submissions to our inbox by email.
• Cal.com — processes discovery-call bookings.

Depending on the scope of a client engagement, we may also use processors such as Supabase, Vapi, Fresha, Formspree, or Whop to deliver the specific systems we build — these are agreed with each client individually as part of that project.

Some of these providers process data on servers outside South Africa. Where that is the case, we only use providers that maintain appropriate data protection standards, consistent with the cross-border transfer requirements of POPIA.

We keep enquiry and contact-form information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and, if you become a client, for the duration of our engagement plus a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting, or tax obligations. You can ask us to delete information we hold about you at any time, as set out in Section 7 below.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the personal information we hold from loss, misuse, unauthorised access, and disclosure. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your information appropriately.

Under POPIA, you have the right to:

• Ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you;
• Request a copy of that information;
• Ask us to correct or update inaccurate or outdated information;
• Ask us to delete personal information we no longer have a valid reason to keep;
• Object to how we process your information; and
• Lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa if you believe we have not handled your information properly.

This website and our services are intended for businesses and individuals over the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time as our website or services change. The "Effective" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
